Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.  I am a firm believer that using knowledge is power.  I have taken great strides to make sure I provided all my clients with as much information as possible.  If there is something that is lacking on this site or could use some changes please feel free to call or email me.  How ever small it may seem, if you feel its important than it is important to me.

 

I was raised in San Jose, California and graduated from Oak Grove High School.  I served our Nation in the Army Reserve for 6 years.  I have a degree in Computer Network Systems.  I have a beautiful wife and have been married for almost 10 years.  Together we have four outstanding children.  We moved to the Sacramento Area in 2001 to raise our children in a better place.  In 2005 we decided to call Lincoln our home and have been loving it here ever since.

 

I spent 9 years in the tech industry working for a major fortune 500 company.  I rapidly climbed the ranks from receiving clerk to Tier III Support Engineer.  Serving customers and solving problems was my job then just as it is now.  I feel the experiences there helped me realize how important serving my clients and meeting their expectations really makes the difference.

 

I discovered my passion for real estate after we purchased our first home in 2001.  I spent hundreds of hours researching and learning about real estate.  I began by investing in real estate.  After successfully buying and selling investment properties across the country I felt I would be better suited helping others in real estate.  I received my license in 2004 and I have been helping people buy and sell their homes and investment properties ever since.

 

I am currently with Lyon Real Estate based in the Roseville office.  I choose to work with Lyon due to their reputation as a great firm and because they have the same values that I feel are important in this industry.  Lyon is the number 1 broker in the four county Sacramento area and number 3 in the state of California.

 

I work to serve all my clients, past, present and future.  To best serve my clients I work by referral only.  My business depends on me doing the very best for my clients so that they will actively refer me to their friends and family when ever they are looking to buy or sell a home.  My service does not end when your home closes.  In fact that is the very beginning of my services.  I feel it is very important to stay in touch with my clients as often as possible.  I provide a Client Appreciation Program that allows me to stay in touch with all my clients.  I provide items of value on a monthly basis that I personally send out via the postal service.  These items typically include either information that pertains to the real estate market, personal finance or personal growth.  Working by referral allows me to focus on my clients and not waste time doing the things typical real estate agents do like, cold calling, mass mailing or farming, door knocking and so on.  As long as I keep doing a great job and people keep referring me I will never have to do those things.

 

I currently service the entire Sacramento area including but not limited to Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Wheatland, Penryn, and Loomis in Placer County and Citrus Heights, Orangvale, Carmichael, Sacramento, North Highlands, Natomas, West Sacramento, Fair Oaks, Rosemont and Elk Grove in Sacramento County.
